Notes on possible reduction/expansion of characters/costumes:  Double casting of Violetta, Alfredo, Germont. Male chorus were in tuxedos for parties so they only required one costume instead of 2. Female chorus had 2 party dresses.

Quick Changes:  Violetta changes for every act, but there is a large set change

Specialty/Special effects costumes required:  Violetta dying of consumption--Act 4--requires deathbed look.

Other important notes:  Originally this was written to be set in the 1700s but today is usally done in teh 1850s when the opera was first performed. We did it Bustle.
